Accessibility

Lower.com Field is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all guests. Accessible parking is available throughout the Arena District, and ADA seating operates on a first-come, first-served basis. All restrooms at the stadium are accessible, including family and unisex restrooms on the Main Concourse and the South and West Mezzanine levels. For sensory support, a Sensory Room is located outside Section 120, with Sensory Inclusion Packs available at the Koorsen Guest Services Center (behind Section 112) and outside the West Premium Lobby entrance.

Bag Policies

The stadium enforces a strict bag policy for security reasons. Only diaper bags, medical bags, and small bags (under 5”x8”x1”) are permitted. Those with medical or childcare needs may bring one additional bag.

Cashless Transactions

Lower.com Field is a cashless venue. Payments for all food, drinks, merchandise, and tickets must be made with a debit or credit card. For cash transactions, Cash2Card kiosks are available at Section 108 and the Crew Shop, where cash can be converted to prepaid cards.

Entry Locations

General seating guests can enter through the Southeast, Southwest or Northwest gates. Premium ticket holders have special access through the West Lobby Premium Entrance on Columbus Crew Way.

Express Entry

For faster access, use Facial Ticketing. Look for the yellow “Express Entry” signs above turnstiles at each gate to use this streamlined option.

Parking

The Arena District offers a variety of parking options. Surface lots open four hours before kickoff on weekends and two hours before on weekdays. Advance parking can be purchased online.

Smoking/Vaping

Lower.com Field is a smoke-free zone, including tobacco, vapor, e-cigarettes, and smokeless products. Smoking is only allowed outside the stadium, at designated areas near the Tipico Sportsbook Biergarten, or at least 20 feet from any entry.

Tickets

All tickets at Lower.com Field are digital and must be scanned from mobile devices; physical tickets are no longer issued. Children under 3 accompanied by an adult do not need a ticket, though they will be seated on your lap. For details on purchasing and ticketing, visit their official website.
