Accessibility

The GCCC is fully ADA-compliant, featuring wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, elevators, and accessible restrooms. On-site management is available to assist with temporary needs such as accessible seating or auxiliary aids. Accessible parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with designated spots for those with disabilities, expectant or nursing mothers, and veterans. Sensory Bags are available for individuals needing noise-canceling headphones or fidget tools. Use the KultureCity app for details on sensory features. The center also offers a nursing mother’s room and family restrooms with height-adjustable changing tables.

Getting There

The Greater Columbus Convention Center is accessible via COTA buses, COGO bike share, scooters, and car services. John Glenn International Airport is nearby for those traveling by air, with many shuttles offering services to local hotels. Parking

The GCCC features six on-site parking areas with approximately 4,700 spaces. Advance parking can be purchased online to secure a spot and check real-time availability during busy events. 

Events

With 1.8 million square feet of space, including 373,000 square feet of exhibit space, the GCCC hosts a variety of events, from sports to conventions. It has been the venue for the Arnold Sports Festival since 1989 and accommodates exhilarating competitions like boxing, fencing, and volleyball. Dining and Shopping On-Site

The South Café & Marketplace, located on Level 1 near the South Garage, offers a range of dining options including Indian cuisine, pizza, and sandwiches. It also features specialty gifts, souvenirs, and a beauty/barber salon. Gift certificates are available by calling 614-827-2500 or visiting Guest Services.

Art Tours

Discover the GCCC’s extensive art collection through a self-guided tour of the facility. Group tours for ten or more people can also be arranged free of charge—just contact guest services to book!

Guest Services and Connectivity

The GCCC provides internet access for up to 20,000 simultaneous users. Two Guest Services Centers are staffed by Certified Tourism Ambassadors to assist you.

Smoking, including electronic smoking devices, is strictly prohibited on the premises.
