This is the first time Columbus will host the nation’s
best figure skaters for a week of competition

Single session tickets for the 2024 U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Columbus will go on sale Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 10 a.m. ET. All-Session tickets and other packages went on sale earlier this summer for the championships taking place January 22–28, 2024 at Nationwide Arena. Tickets can be purchased through the official website of the Championships at figureskatingcolumbus.com or ticketmaster.com.

This is the first time Columbus will host the nation’s best figure skaters as they compete to determine the national champions across several skating disciplines. The week-long event also determines who will represent the U.S. in international competitions like the Winter Olympics, World Championships, and Four Continents Championships.

Expected participants include reigning U.S. and World ice dancing champions Madison Chock and Evan Bates. The first and only skater to land a quadruple Axel, Ilia Malinin will defend his men’s championship. Isabeau Levito will defend her women’s championship after finishing fourth in the 2023 World Championships.

Greater Columbus Sports Commission CEO & President Linda Logan shares that the Sports Commission is working with local clubs and U.S. Figure Skating to develop interactive community events and digital experiences. Fans can learn more about the championships, see the full schedule, explore the history of figure skating in Columbus and sign up to volunteer at this exciting event - figureskatingcolumbus.com.

To celebrate the August 15 on-sale date, Olympic Gold Medalist and World Champion Brian Boitano and Olympic Bronze Medalist and U.S. Men’s Figure Skating Champion Jason Brown will visit Columbus for a series of events.
