Linda Shetina Logan, CSEE, executive director
Linda has been executive director of the GCSC since its inception in June 2002. Prior to the GCSC, she was the director of sports marketing for the Greater Columbus Convention & Visitors Bureau for five years.

Before joining the GCCVB, Linda was the director of sales and services at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. An Ohio native, Linda spent the previous ten years in Kansas City, Missouri working for the Kansas City Convention Center, the Big Eight Conference, the Kemper Arena and the Kansas City Comets of the Major Indoor Soccer League. She also worked for the Milwaukee Does of the Women's Basketball League and the Cleveland Nets of the World Team Tennis. Linda is a graduate of Ohio University and board member of their Sports Administration Program. She is a past chair of the board of the National Association of Sports Commissions.

Brian Timm, director of corporate partnerships
Brian joined the GCSC in January 2007. Formerly, Brian was the director of sales/executive producer for the Ohio State Coaches Shows (Jim Tressel, Thad Matta, Jim Foster). Previously, he was with RadiOhio as sales manager for the Ohio State Buckeyes Radio Sports Network and as an account executive for 1460 The Fan. In addition, Brian spent six years with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Brian is a graduate of Wittenberg University and also Ohio University with a Masters in Sports Adminstration.

Gwen Verhoff, CSEE, senior events manager
Gwen has been an events manager for the GCSC since November 2004. Previously, she was project manager with The Ohio State University's Neighborhoods on the Move program. Gwen also worked as an event coordinator for Promotions One, Inc., where she worked on events such as the Columbus Marathon and Red, White and Boom! She is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

Mikel Johnson, CSEE, sales manager
Mikel joined the GCSC as sales manager in June 2005. He formerly worked as an inside sales representative for the NBA's Seattle Sonics and WNBA's Seattle Storm. Mikel is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

Kate Kastenholz, office manager
Kate joined the GCSC in Sept. 2007. Previously, Kate was a legal assistant with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease. She is a graduate of Ohio University.

Aaron Motley, events coordinator
Aaron joined the GCSC in Oct. 2007. Currently, he also is employed by Promotions One Inc. as an operations manager. Prior to his work in Columbus, Aaron worked in the Sports Information Department at the University of Dayton, of which he is a graduate.
